1. After shampooing, lightly squeeze the water out of your hair.

2. Take the required amount of conditioner (about 1–2 pumps) and distribute evenly throughout the hair, stepping back ~5 cm from the roots.

3. Massage your hair, especially the ends, allowing the active ingredients to penetrate.

4. If desired, leave on for 1–2 minutes for a deeper effect.
