1. Return of goods

You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. For this, the product must be in its original condition, undamaged, without signs of use and in the original packaging. Products that do not meet these requirements will not be returned.

2. Exceptions

We do not accept returns of goods that:

• The packaging was broken, or the product was opened and used;

• What remains are individually made or personalized goods.

3. Return process
